5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DDU (IMPORTANT)

All products are shipped internationally from our fulfillment partners.

We operate under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) / DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

This means:

  • We do not collect VAT, import duties, or customs fees at checkout
  • The customer acts as the importer of record
  • Luna Dublin is not responsible for customs clearance
  • Any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • These fees may be collected by the carrier upon delivery
  • We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs

By placing an order, you explicitly agree to these terms.

6. DELIVERY TIMES

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics or customs.

7. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We aim to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Colors and appearance may vary slightly
  • Minor differences do not qualify as defects
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time
