🔁 RETURN PERIOD

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

📦 RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The return must be approved by our support team before shipping

📍 RETURN ADDRESS

All returns must be sent to our international warehouse in China.

• Returns sent to Canada or any other country will NOT be accepted
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (approx. $30)

💳 REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

🚫 NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

The following costs are not refundable:

• Shipping fees
• Import duties and customs charges

⚠️ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide photo evidence
• We will offer either a replacement or refund

❌ ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
